For smaller patterns or text, cold peel films exhibit superior stability compared to their hot peel counterparts. Some customers may opt for double-sided films due to a lack of a constant tension system in their machines. Double-sided films are used to increase friction and maintain film stability. However, our machines feature a constant tension system, ensuring the film's consistent and accurate positioning. Therefore, we recommend single-sided films. In addition, double-sided films are typically more expensive, and our approach ultimately helps our customers save on costs.

Lastly, we offer both fine and black powders. Fine powders provide a smoother, thinner, and more breathable finish. Black powders, on the other hand, are invaluable for preventing color migration and altering print colors, albeit at a slightly higher cost.

As previously mentioned, the white ink agitator plays a crucial role in the DTF printing process. Given the need for substantial quantities of white ink, settling can become an issue. Failure to agitate the settled ink can lead to nozzle blockages and negatively impact print quality.
